The DMaster R3000 Air Rower features a quick release pin mechanism (no tools required!), so you can easily separate the machine into two pieces for storage. The moving wheels on the front stabiliser allow you to put the fully assembled machine into position. The adjustable footrests of the DMaster R3000 allow for quick and easy sizing. The comfortable, ergonomically designed handle features a 10-degree bend which allows you to row with a natural arm and hand position.

FLYWHEEL AND DAMPER
The DMaster R3000 Air Rower responds to your effort on every stroke, keeping you in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times. The spiral damper allows you to easily adjust the airflow to the flywheel, so you can change the feel of the stroke according to your preference. The flywheel design minimises noise while maximising a smooth feel.

The DMaster R3000 Air Rower’s console features a dot matrix LCD display for easy viewing. It displays all the necessary parameters to get a great workout including: Time, distance, strokes per minute, metres per stroke, calories, watts and heart rate (in conjunction with a heart rate transmitter. Transmitter not included).

The console also offers 8 pre-set programs; (Normal, Distance, Time, Calories, Game, Intervals 20/10, Intervals 10/20, Intervals 10/10). Each unique program provides an entertaining and challenging workout aimed at improving your endurance, upper body strength, cardiovascular conditioning and fat loss, whilst simultaneously providing real time feedback to help you stay motivated so you can achieve your fitness goals.
