Refund Policy
We offer free shipping for most of our products to the majority of cities in the province of Quebec and Canada.
We process our orders within 2 to 10 business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Canadian holidays.
Once your package has left our facilities with the respective carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority and we would like to hear from you in the unlikely event that you experience quality issues. However, we do not offer returns after you have received your order. In certain special cases, you may contact us regarding your problem. If we accept the return and refund, the customer must pay the shipping costs plus restocking fees. These can be up to 25%, or even 35%, of the cost of an item. Do not hesitate to contact us to find out which products are suitable for you.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been ordered for you or packed ready for shipment. Once packed, a 10% restocking fee applies. Orders shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled or modified.
TRACKING AND LOST ORDERS
Fitness à rabais is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Please use the tracking system to track your package and make sure you are available to receive the delivery to avoid delays or loss.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please contact Fitness à rabais within 15 days if your order has not been received. You must file a claim with the delivery company and we will do our best to support you.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If any of the items in your order are out of stock after your purchase, a representative will contact you to find out if you want to keep your order. Then, we will ship the complete order.
