We offer free delivery on most of our products to most cities in the province of Quebec and Canada.
We process our orders within 2 to 10 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
Once your package has left our facility with the respective carrier, we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDSYour satisfaction is our priority and we would love to hear from you in the unlikely event that you have any quality issues. However, we do not offer returns after receiving your order. In some special cases, you can contact us about your problem. If we accept returns and refunds, the customer must pay the shipping fees plus restocking fees. These can represent up to 25%, or even 35% of the cost of an item . Feel free to contact us to find out which products are right for you.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order can be canceled without penalty until it has been ordered for you or packaged ready to ship. Once packaged, a 10% restocking fee applies. Orders that have been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled or changed.
TRACKING AND LOST ORDERS
Discount Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking system to track your package and make sure you are available to receive the delivery to avoid delays or loss.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please contact Discount Fitness within 15 days if your order has not been received. You should file a claim with the delivery company and we will do our best to assist you.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If any of the items in your order are out of stock after your purchase, a representative will contact you to see if you want to keep your order. We will then ship the entire order.
