Element Fitness 20" Wooden Rocker Board
Rocker boards have only one plane of instability (side-to-side or front-to-back movement), making them ideal for beginners.
They provide an unstable surface designed to facilitate balance and proprioception training as well as automatic postural reactions. The Rocker Board is ideal for rehabilitation, post-rehabilitation conditioning, and other fitness applications.
