Leg/Calf Press Station: A unique two-bar linkage automatically aligns the leg press plate angle to the user's body, eliminating ankle twisting and ensuring proper biomechanics throughout the entire range of motion for users of all sizes. Includes a pillow block and sealed ball bearings for precise alignment and friction-free movement.

The 2:1 ratio converts the 210 lb weight stack into 420 lb. of resistance. Includes an adjustable back pad with a two-position press plate for complete leg and calf development.

Perfect Pec Station: Two overhead cams with six increment settings per arm provide variable starting positions and allow for precise adjustment for precise pre-stretching with optimal biomechanical movement. It's a dual-function station that ensures maximum development of the pectoral and rear deltoid muscles.
