Protective sheath

It also features color-coded resistance markers for easier identification and a smooth transition between resistance levels.

Ergo Grip handles

The Ergo-Grip handles make using these resistance bands much more comfortable and reduce grip fatigue. They are also labeled and color-coded for quick identification of the resistance level. The rounded edges of the handles are not abrasive to the bands, preventing fraying and extending the life of your equipment.
