Leg/Calf Press Station : A unique two-bar linkage automatically aligns the leg press plate angle to the user's body, eliminating ankle twisting and ensuring proper biomechanics throughout the entire range of motion for users of all sizes. Features a pillow block and sealed ball bearings for precise alignment and friction-free movement.

2:1 ratio converts 210 lb. weight stack to 420 lb. of resistance. Includes adjustable back pad with two-position press plate for complete leg and calf development.

Perfect Pec Station : Two overhead cams with six increment settings per arm provide variable starting positions and allow for precise adjustment for accurate pre-stretching with optimal biomechanical movement. It is a dual-function station that ensures maximum development of the pectoral and rear deltoid muscles.

Lat Pulldown/High Pulley Station: Ideal for increasing size, strength and endurance in the back, shoulders and triceps muscles. Unique, easy-access grip rollers accommodate users of all sizes without the need for adjustment.

Ab Crunch / Mid Pulley Station: Create a lean, muscular waistline with absolute isolation of your abdominal and oblique muscles. The unique design also allows for the highest degree of comfort during triceps extension movements.

Leg Extension/Leg Curl Station : This cam-driven leg developer will help you work your quads and hamstrings while developing incredible knee strength in precise biomechanical form.

Seated Row/Low Pulley Station : Essential for a strong back, seated row exercises build depth in the mid-back and train those hard-to-reach lower lats. The low pulley rotates smoothly and fully to provide precise resistance for cable curls, upright rows, shrugs, leg abductions, leg adductions and more.
