RDX now presents a premium punching bag with enhanced features for optimal swing and durability. This cylindrical bag, designed to be struck by practitioners, is now available with improved features. The RDX Superior punching bag not only withstands the most demanding workouts but also offers maximum force dispersion. The weights of the pre-filled punching bags are as follows:
Pre-filled punching bag, 1.20 m: approximately 18 to 20 kg (maximum filling capacity: 40 to 50 kg)
Pre-filled 1.5m punching bag: approximately 20-22kg (maximum filling capacity: 50-60kg)
The same weight and filling capacity are also recommended for unfilled punching bags.
