The CORE Foam Roller provides myofascial release, relaxes tight muscles, and improves circulation in sore or stiff muscles.
The CORE Wall's inner support wall is 4mm thick, double that of regular hollow core foam rollers, which tend to crack over time under average body weight.
Foam rollers are used for rehabilitation and other exercise programs. Foam rollers are ideal for stretching, self-massage, body support, and stability exercises.
