XM Fitness light commercial landmine
A floor-based rotational trainer that works the entire body. Perform explosive 1- and 2-arm movements and other rotational exercises simply by inserting any Olympic-sized barbell (not included) into the 12" swivel sleeve at the base of the unit. A 4" sleeve is also available to hold standard 1" bars.
Combine it with the Landmine Handle for a workout that targets the shoulders, core and hips.
The connector swivels side to side and up and down.
