Northern Lights EZ curl Olympic bar

This EZ Curl Olympic bar is designed to help develop upper arm and forearm muscles thanks to its special angled design. The bar's deep curves allow the user to perform curl exercises while reducing stress on the wrists. The EZ Curl bar achieves this by placing your wrists and elbows in a more natural position compared to standard Olympic bars.

The bar features a polished chrome finish and is 47 inches long. The inside of the bar measures 32 inches and has a knurled texture for improved grip. It is designed with 6.5-inch chrome sleeves, making it easy for all users to load plates onto the bar.
