YORK® 7′ International Bar – Black Oxide – 30 mm

The YORK® Black Oxide International weightlifting bars feature a black oxide coating with hard chrome sleeves, giving them a sleek and attractive design. The black oxide finish provides an excellent grip, and the steel used in their construction is American-made, with a minimum tensile strength of 175,000 Nm.

Less flexible and more rigid, these bars are ideal for static, controlled, and slow movements such as squats, bench press, and deadlifts. They are also perfectly suited for Olympic weightlifting training. The sleeves are secured to the bar using a nut and a spring pin. Their precise diameter of 50.2 mm (1.975”) allows them to accommodate Olympic plates of 50.8 mm (2”).
