Olympic Safety Squat Bar
The Olympic squat bar is designed to prevent excessive hip flexion and knee stress during squatting. Additionally, it offers athletes with limited chest and shoulder mobility a comfortable alternative to the regular back squat.
The handles at the front of the bar reduce shoulder strain and the Safety Squat Bar's design allows you to completely release the bar and it will stay securely positioned with the load distributed comfortably across the 3 pads.
The Olympic squat bar is constructed of 30mm high-strength solid steel. This bar will hold over 1000 lbs. The bar weighs 47 lbs.
