XM FITNESS LIQUID GYM CHALK
The liquid forms a non-toxic coating on the hands that blocks perspiration and improves grip without being sticky. Another advantage is that it remains active in wet conditions. It can be used as a base for bouldering, powder, or chalk balls; its use here allows the powder to last longer.
Liquid chalk is magnesium carbonate in a quick-drying alcohol solution. Apply it to your hands, let it dry, and then go workout. Forget gloves—chalk is your friend for covering your hands at the gym. Gloves will increase the circumference of your grip, making it harder to hold the bar when the weights get heavy. Chalk, on the other hand, will allow you to pick up more than your grip allows, meaning you won't be limited in how much you can lift by your grip.
