We wanted these bars to be the go-to everyday bars, no matter what you train for (weightlifting, bodybuilding, and fitness enthusiast). The 28mm bar represents a military-grade level of precision engineering to date: 10 bearings, 216,000 PSI, 1,500 lb weight capacity.

This 45 lb alloy steel bar is manufactured with a hardened chrome finish and comes with a double ring and no center knurling. The ends include a plastic cap to showcase our signature XM logo.

Bronze bushings, high bar flexibility and a clamping system inside each collar and flexible enough for Olympic lifting.
