Our Synergee gymnastics rings are the most revealing pieces of gymnastics equipment you can buy—no one can hide from the rings' no-nonsense honesty. They'll encourage you to aim higher, work harder, and leave it all on the floor. Every. Damn. Day.
Our rings are available in two sizes: 7.75" or 9.25" in diameter. The rings are made from premium wood and sanded for your comfort. Each set comes with two 15-foot-long straps equipped with metal clips. The straps are 1.5 inches thick and can hold 800 lbs.
Setup takes just 3 minutes and takedown is just as quick, making it easy to transform any space into a makeshift gym!
