L3 Connected Spinning | DEMONSTRATOR
The L3 Spinning bike features the L1's rust- and sweat-resistant powder-coated steel frame, but adds SPD®-compatible dual-sided pedals that are compatible with cycling shoes and athletic shoes.

Get real-time metrics displayed during your ride and view post-ride data and summaries. Pair the app with your power crank or cadence sensor as well as your heart rate monitor, and not only are you riding with the instructor on video, but you're actually getting your individual metric feedback on screen. Spinning® Connect™ Heart Rate Armband Monitor
Uses optical heart rate technology to provide accurate heart rate monitoring and features a breathable armband to comfortably fit every body. Connects to the Spinning® Connect™ App, Spinner Chrono®, SPINPower® Studio Computer, and Spinning® Studio Computer. The rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of workout time on a single charge. Charging cable is included.
Spinning® Connect™ Cadence Sensor (Not included)
(INCLUDED) attaches to any Spinner® bike crank as well as most outdoor bikes to track and capture real-time cycling cadence (RPM). Unique pairing when used with Spinning® apps – whether you're using the sensor at home or in the studio. Compatible with Bluetooth and ANT+ mobile devices.
SPINPower® Performance Crank
Add it to your bike, connect to Spinning® Digital + or Spinning® Connect, and start measuring your power and effort. This crank will measure a cyclist's effort and is designed to be compatible with Bluetooth® and ANT+ devices to provide the cyclist with a real (not estimated) power measurement. NOTE: Only compatible with A and P series bikes.
