Yoga blocks are an essential part of the yoga exercise system.
Yoga blocks can improve your “asana” (yoga pose) in three main ways :
- by providing height for certain positions
- providing strong support for the back and neck while lying down
- providing a stable base for body extensions
Whether you use multiple yoga blocks as padding for inversions or to support your neck and back in triangle positions, you'll appreciate the solid construction of the high-quality foam block. Although the yoga blocks are rigid, the material is soft enough to provide the comfort you need.
For added comfort and safety, the edges of the blocks have a chamfered (angled) cut. Our yoga blocks measure the standard 3" X 6" X 9". They are affordable enough to stock several for multiple block positions.
