12PC EL RESISTOR PACK

This is a complete 12-piece set, perfect for use with the P90X fitness program and other workouts such as yoga, Pilates, etc.

The resistance bands are made from the highest quality latex and feature very strong metal fasteners (most others have weak plastic connections that snap into place at higher resistance levels) to securely connect the bands.
