Addict Fitness™ Abductor/Adductor Trainer Selectorized Machine. The machine is a 2-in-1 machine with two functions. The adductor machine trains the muscles on the inside of the thighs, known as the adductor muscles, including the longus magnus and brevis. The abductor trains the muscles that externally rotate the thigh, including the sartorius, gluteus medius, and tensor fascia latae.
