Our Synergee Hex Bar allows you to deadlift with confidence. The hexagonal frame is ergonomically designed to allow for a linear bar path and keep the weight centered with the body’s midline during lifts. This helps you avoid straining your lumbar spine and it targets your quadriceps. With the Hex Bar there is less space for injury and more space for gains when you are deadlifting, shrugging, and pulling compared to the standard barbell.

Our 25kg Hex Bar has two sets of knurls – a 1.5mm diamond knurl on the lower handles, and 1.2mm on the raised handles – to provide sufficient grip for your lifts. Our 20kg Bar has a 1.2mm diamond knurl on the standard-height handles.

With 10” sleeves and a maximum load rating of 750lb, the Synergee Hex Bar is designed to withstand your heavy training sessions and help you become strong as heck.

The 25kg Hex Bar is designed with raised handles and standard height; the 20kg Hex Bar has standard height only. Both handle styles offer a versatile tool for power and strength building movements with less strain.

WRAPPED WITH CARE

We put a lot of time and care into making the Hex Bar perfect for you; so we made the packaging pristine to ensure it arrives that way! Our Synergee Hex Bar is wrapped in an anti-corrosion bag, then placed in a wooden cradle designed specifically to protect the sleeves and shaft during transport. Lastly, we boxed it for delivery. We considered putting a bow on top, but we didn't want to go overboard. Bottom line: we wrapped it with care!
