The Addict fitness™ calf selector machine provides a more comfortable seat than a bench-style workout machine, and the user can also feel and experience the stretching changes of the leg muscles. Auxiliary handles on both sides allow the user's strength to be concentrated more on the calf area.
Exercise overview:
Choose the right weight. Place your heels on the pedals. Adjust the seat so that the knee is slightly bent. Hold the handle with both hands. Slowly stretch your feet. After a complete stretch, stop. Slowly return to the starting position. For a single-sided workout, place your feet on the pedal, but extend only one foot to push the pedal.
