The Addict fitness™ selectorized vertical pull-up machine is professional equipment for commercial gyms, using a 240.10 inch flat oval tube as the frame. It is mainly intended for high-end sports halls. The Addict fitness™ vertical pull-up helps strengthen the muscles of the upper limbs and back of the shoulders; improve flexibility, elasticity and coordination of the shoulder and elbow joints. This exercise targets the latissimus dorsi muscle, more commonly known as the lats, located just under the armpits and extending across the back and down.

By isolating the back muscles with this exercise, you can focus specifically on them without tiring the biceps or triceps. It's important to target your back muscles to help with good posture and facilitate pulling movements, such as opening a door, starting a mower, swimming, or even doing a pull-up. Having strong lats can even help relieve certain types of back pain.
