Addict fitness™ hand-loaded strength series is professional equipment for gyms which adopts 120603mm / 100503mm flat oval tube (tube round φ76*2.5) as a frame, mainly for high-end gyms.
The Addict fitness™ iso-lateral forward lat pulldown is an excellent machine for effectively targeting the back muscles as a whole, particularly the latissimus dorsi and mid-back muscles. It is a compound exercise where you can work on the middle and lower trapezius, rhomboids major and minor, latissimus dorsi, teres major, posterior deltoid, infraspinatus, teres minor, and pectoralis major sternal muscles ( lower).
This machine offers a dual iso-lateral drive with the pivots inclined in two different planes.
The Lateral ISO movement allows for equal strength development and muscle stimulation.
The starting position is in the high position on this machine, allowing a pre-stretch position for the latissimus dorsi before beginning the lift.
Foam roller cushions lock the user in place while performing the exercise.
