Olympic safety squat bar
The Olympic squat bar was designed to prevent excessive hip flexion and stress on the knees during squatting movements. In addition to this, it offers athletes with limited chest and shoulder mobility a comfortable alternative to the regular back squat.
The handles at the front of the bar reduce strain on the shoulders and the design of the Safety Squat Bar allows you to completely release the bar and it will remain well positioned with the load distributed comfortably across the 3 pads.
The Olympic squat bar is constructed from solid steel high strength 30 mm. This bar will support over 1000 lbs. The weight of the bar is 47 pounds.
In addition to regular squats, this bar can also be used for:
