Easy and convenient step-by-step entry makes getting started a breeze. Thick, comfortable Durafirm back cushions and arm supports reduce fatigue and discomfort, allowing you to continue working your abs and obliques.
The dip station handles are oversized and work the triceps, deltoids and lower pecs. Rock-solid support and stability are provided by heavy-gauge steel frames with welded construction on all four sides.
The central muscles used by the vertical elevation of the knees are those that you highlight: the rectus abdominis.
This muscle is responsible for flexing the spine and allowing you to straighten up from a lying position and perform other movements that involve pulling your chest down toward your hips. It crosses the torso and extends from the sternum to the hips.
