The Hoist HF-5165 Semi-Professional Adjustable Bench allows you to train with dumbbells, under a guided frame or with the MI-6 double pulley.
The Hoist HF-5165 Semi-Professional Adjustable Bench lets you train with dumbbells, a guided frame, or the MI-6 double pulley. With its incline adjustment and optional modules, you can perform a multitude of different exercises. With its 77 lb frame capable of supporting a weight of 450 kg, you are guaranteed great stability and robustness.
