Chest/Shoulder Press Selectorized Machine
The Selective Addict fitness™ & Chest/Shoulder Press machine is a dual-function exercise performed through seat adjustment. Users can easily and freely switch between different exercise parts with just one device. Compared to single-function devices, it allows the body and chest and shoulders to work better together.
Exercise overview
First choose a suitable weight. Chest Press: Adjust the back cushion to a flat position with the handles at chest level, press the handles straight out. Shoulder Press: Adjust the backrest to a reclined position with the handles at chest level, press the handles straight out. Shoulder Press: Adjust the backrest to an upright position with the handles at shoulder level, press the handles straight out. Take a slight break and then slowly return to the starting position.
The counterweight box of this product has a unique and beautiful design and is made of high-quality flat oval steel pipes. It has a very good texture experience, whether you are a user or a dealer, you will have a bright feeling.
