Exercise Overview:

Choose the right weight. Adjust the seat so the handle is slightly higher than your shoulder. Hold the handle with both hands. Slowly extend your arms upward while keeping your back tight. Slowly return to the starting position to avoid bumping between repetitions. Always keep your wrist in a neutral position during the exercise. Avoid limiting your elbow to the limit of your range of activity.

To make the exercise more effective, the angle of the seat and backrest helps the user easily align the shoulder joint during the exercise for proper loading and better results.
