It is primarily intended for high-end gyms. The Addict Fitness™ Lat Pulldown strengthens the muscles of the upper limbs and back of the shoulders; improves flexibility, elasticity, and coordination of the shoulder and elbow joints. This exercise targets the lats, located just under the armpits and extending across the back and down.

By isolating your back muscles with this exercise, you can focus specifically on them without tiring your biceps or triceps.
