Manually Loaded Standing Calf Machine for Strength Training

Addict fitness™ hand-loaded strength series is a professional gym equipment which adopts 50 100 3mm flat oval tube as the frame, mainly for high-end gyms.

Standing calf raises, Addict Fitness™, require minimal—or no—equipment and are suitable for both beginners and experienced exercisers. This movement works your calf muscles and has numerous benefits, including ankle strength and lower-body performance.

  1. Hanging Bar: 50mm wide hanging bar, can be used with multiple brands of weight plates. Large 50mm hanging bar, using multiple brands of weight plates. You can place the number of plates according to your own needs, making training more flexible.
  2. Design: Simple design, small footprint and easy maintenance. Thickened Q235 Steel Tube: The main frame is a 50 100 3mm flat oval tube, which allows the equipment to bear more weight.
  3. Workout: Grab a medium-heavy dumbbell in your left hand and place your right foot on the calf raise platform. The front half of your foot should be on the platform, and your heel should be in the air. You can also perform this move on stairs.

Grab something for balance with your right hand, straighten your back and bend your left leg.

Inhale and push through your right foot, engaging your calf. Raise yourself as high as you can.

Hold the top position for one second as you exhale and slowly lower yourself, allowing your ankle to flex.

Go down as far as you can – you should feel an intense stretch in your calf muscle at the bottom.

Keep repeating.

Once you are finished, take the dumbbell with your right hand and do the movement with your left leg.
