Leg Curl Addict Fitness™: The easy entry allows the user to align the knee joint with the pivot for proper exercise mechanics. The ankle roller pad adjusts for different leg lengths. The leg curl machine is an exercise machine that isolates the hamstrings. It consists of a bench on which the athlete lies face down, and a padded bar that fits over the athlete's heels. This bar provides resistance as the athlete bends their knees, thus curling the legs and bringing the feet toward the buttocks.

The main muscle worked by the leg curl is the hamstring. Other thigh muscles are activated as you lift and lower the weight. On the way down, your glutes and quadriceps are activated to support the change in resistance. Both calf muscles and shins are activated to support the hamstrings in the curl and lowering.
