Addict fitness™ hand-loaded strength series is a professional gym equipment which adopts 120 60 3mm / 100 50 3mm flat oval tube (φ76*2.5 round tube) as the frame, mainly for high-end gyms.
The Addict Fitness™ isolateral front lat pulldown is an excellent machine for effectively targeting the entire back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi and mid-back muscles. It is a compound exercise where you can work the middle and lower trapezius, rhomboids major and minor, latissimus dorsi, teres major, posterior deltoid, infraspinatus, teres minor, and sternal (lower) pectoralis major muscles.
This machine offers a dual isolateral workout with the pivots angled in two different planes.
The Lateral ISO movement allows for equal strength development and muscle stimulation.
The starting position is in the high position on this machine, allowing a pre-stretch position for the latissimus dorsi before beginning the lift.
Foam roller cushions lock the user in place while performing the exercise.
