D.Y Plate Loaded Row
The Addict fitness™ plate-loaded strength series is professional gym equipment that uses a 120603mm / 100503mm flat oval tube (φ76*2.5 round tube) as its frame, mainly for high-end gyms.
The Addict Fitness™ D.Y Row works the triceps, trapezius, and deltoids. The underhand grip position combined with an overhead pivot dictates a natural arc of motion around the shoulder joint. The seat and chest pad are slightly angled to improve stabilization. An additional handle is provided to allow the user to stabilize themselves during single-arm exercises. Each frame receives an electrostatic powder coat finish to ensure maximum adhesion and durability. The handles allow for comfortable pulling in both overhand and underhand grips. This unit will work your lats like no other machine.
The D.Y Plate Loaded Row was designed based on human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent divergent and convergent movements for equal strength development and a variety of muscle stimulation. Underhand grip positions with overhead pivots provide exercises with a natural arc of motion.
