Manual Loaded Arm Press for Back
The Addict fitness™ manual loaded strength series is a professional gym equipment, which adopts a 501003mm flat oval tube as the frame, mainly for high-end gyms.
The Addict fitness™ arm press back trainer replicates the historical versatile exercise performed with the barbell or dumbbells with a full range of motion, synergistically activating the pectoral and latissimus dorsi muscles.
- Hanging bar: 50mm wide hanging bar, which can be used with multiple brands of dumbbell plates. 50mm large hanging bar, using multiple brands of dumbbell plates. You can put the number of dumbbell plates according to your own needs, making training more flexible.
- Seat adjustment: Complicated air spring seat system demonstrating its high-end quality, comfortable and strong.
- Thickened Q235 steel pipe: The main frame is a 501003mm flat oval tube, which makes the equipment bear more weight.
- Workout: As a beginner, start with at least two sets of 8 reps and increase the strength and resistance as you progress.
Avoid the machine if you feel shoulder pains. Remember, the exercise involves the stretching of shoulder joints. If you have insufficient shoulder flexibility, you might end up stressing the back, which results in injury.
