A wide resistance range of 15 levels creates a heavier workload for various challenges, such as hill repeats, and the contoured handles offer multiple hand positions for optimal upright posture. Athletes can start with walking and smoothly progress to jogging, running, or sprinting up to a stride length of 58 inches.
