The manually loaded Iso-Lateral Horizontal Press was designed based on human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging movements for equal strength development and varied muscle stimulation. It's an iso-lateral variation of a traditional press with angled back pads for stabilization.

A great value machine and a great option for a beginner-level manual weight machine. The bench press can be considered similar to the Olympic bench press. However, without the barbell in front of the chest, we consider it a safer option for those training alone or attempting to max out on one rep.
