Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and a variety of muscle stimulation. This is the Iso-Lateral variation of a traditional press with angled back pads for stabilization.

An excellent value-for-money machine and a great option for a starter plate-loaded machine. The horizontal press can be considered similar to the Olympic press. However, with no bar in front of the chest, we consider this a safer option for those training alone or attempting a one-rep max.
