Addict Fitness™ Iso-Lateral Chest Press/Pull Down exercises the pectoralis major, deltoid, triceps, and trapezius. This combination machine offers a solution for both torso and back workouts. The lat pulldown provides an effective method for strengthening the latissimus dorsi. This lat pulldown features an adjustable seat and foam rollers for added comfort and confidence. An additional handle on the lat pulldown provides stability during single-arm exercises. The hand-loaded Iso-Lateral Chest Press/Pull Down is designed based on human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging movements for equal strength development and a variety of muscle stimulation. The horizontal handles simulate a traditional press machine for comfort.
