The 626A Arc Trainer has the leg movement and all the other features of the 626A Total Body Arc Trainer. The Cybex Arc Trainer offers wide incline and resistance ranges, meaning it's actually three machines in one. At lower incline levels, the "glide" is that of a cross-country skier. At intermediate levels, the movement is a "stride" (like an elliptical trainer, but with proper positioning). At higher levels, the "climb" is like a stair climber or a climber.
