Chest/Shoulder Press Selectorized Machine
The Addict Fitness™ Chest/Shoulder Press is a dual-function exercise that is performed by adjusting the seat. Users can easily and freely switch between different exercise sections with a single machine. Compared to single-function machines, it better trains the body and chest and shoulders together.
Exercise Overview
First, choose an appropriate weight. Chest press: Adjust the back pad to a flat position with the handles at chest level, press the handles straight out. Shoulder press: Adjust the backrest to an inclined position with the handles at chest level, press the handles straight out. Shoulder press: Adjust the backrest to an upright position with the handles at shoulder level, press the handles straight out. Pause slightly, then slowly return to the starting position.
The counterweight box of this product has a unique and beautiful design and is made of high-quality flat oval steel pipes. It has a very good texture experience, whether you are a user or a dealer, you will have a bright feeling.
