Our Synergee Hex Bar lets you lift with confidence. The hexagonal frame is ergonomically designed to allow for a linear bar path and keep the weight centered over your midline during lifts. This helps prevent strain on your lumbar spine and targets your quads. With the hex bar, there's less room for injury and more room for gains when deadlifting, shrugging, and pulling compared to a standard bar.

Our 25kg hex bar has two sets of knurls—a 1.5mm diamond knurl on the lower handles and a 1.2mm knurl on the raised handles—to provide ample grip for your lifts. Our 20kg bar has 1.2mm diamond knurls on the standard-height handles.

With 10" sleeves and a maximum weight capacity of 750 lbs, the Synergee Hex Bar is built to withstand your intense workouts and help you get stronger than heck.

CAREFULLY PACKAGED

We put a lot of time and care into making the hex bar perfect for you; so we made the packaging impeccable to ensure it arrives that way! Our Synergee Hex Bar is packaged in a corrosion-resistant bag, then placed in a specially designed wooden cradle to protect the sleeves and rod during shipping. Finally, we boxed it up for delivery. We considered putting a bow on top, but we didn't want to overdo it. Bottom line: we packed it with care!
