The Split Squat Pad transforms any squat rack into a variable-height single-leg squat station. Simply position your barbell at the correct height, slide the Split Squat Pad (SSP) onto one end of the bar, add a 45-pound plate to the opposite end, and begin squatting. The SSP's unique hexagonal shape creates a shelf to help hold your foot in place. The pad rotates 360 degrees for a smooth motion. This space-saving solution is the simplest, most convenient, and most effective single-leg squat pad on the market.

Both versions of the Split Squat Pad work exactly the same way. The only difference is the size and type of material used.

The Split Squat Pad is economical and measures 6 inches in diameter. It is made from traditional foam roll material.

Both pads measure 16.25 inches in length and are designed to fit a standard size Olympic bar. The inner diameter of the hexagons is slightly less than 2", providing a snug fit on the bar while being easy to put on and take off.

Safety Note: A MINIMUM OF 45 POUNDS MUST BE LOADED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SPLIT SQUAT PAD WHEN IN USE.
