Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. It’s the Iso-Lateral variation of a traditional bench press with angled back pads for stabilisation.

An excellent value machine and a great option for an entry level plate loading machine.  The Horizonal Bench press may be considered similar to the Olympic Bench press.  However with no bar in front of the chest we consider it a safer option for those training on their own or going for single rep max.  Heavy duty construction of course along with large loading points and small footprint make the Horizontal press a popular machine.
