The hanging piece of equipment seated and standing shrug trainer is designed to allow the exerciser to complete a seated or standing exercise while providing better consistency for the obliques.

Frame Description: 11-gauge steel frame ensures maximum structural integrity; Each frame receives an electrostatic powder coat finish to ensure maximum adhesion and durability.
