New iPod compatibility and integrated iPod/TV controls keep users motivated and entertained throughout their workout.
Full Body Workout: Proven Stride technology produces a unique and popular motion with an 18" stride length, research-based elliptical path, and biomechanically correct moving arms.
Oversized Pedals: The pedal design allows users to comfortably adjust foot position, and the narrow 2.8-inch pedal spacing minimizes lateral hip shifting, reducing stress on the lower back.
Heart Rate Monitoring: Lifepulse digital heart rate monitoring hand sensors are conveniently placed on the easy-to-grip Ergo bar to provide walkers with accurate heart rate monitoring, and Polar telemetry offers runners accurate, hands-free heart rate monitoring. (Telemetry requires an optional chest strap.)
