Full body exercise : Proven Stride technology produces a unique and popular motion with an 18-foot stride length ", a research-based ellipse trajectory and biomechanically correct moving arms.
Oversized pedals : The pedal design allows users to comfortably adjust foot position and the narrow 2.8 pedal spacing inches minimizes lateral movement of the hips, which reduces stress on the lower back.
Heart Rate Monitoring: Lifepulse digital heart rate hand sensors are conveniently placed on the easy-grip Ergo bar to provide walkers with accurate heart rate monitoring, and Polar telemetry gives runners accurate, hands-free heart rate monitoring. (Telemetry requires optional chest strap.)
