Stairmaster SM916 Stepmill is an excellent rotating step platform that provides a true stair climbing experience. This workout not only works the lower body but is also great for cardio. The descent of the eight-inch high stairs is precisely controlled by the alternator and chain drive mechanism to provide a smooth exercise experience. Users can adjust the step speed from 24 steps per minute to a maximum of 162 steps per minute. The console also provides a slot to connect a 15-inch LCD TV.
