SHIPPING POLICY
We process our orders within 1-3 business days from Monday through Friday, excluding Canada holidays.
After your package has left our facility with the respective carrier we are not responsible for any delays on delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS- 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority and we would like to hear from you in the unlikely event of quality concerns.
We are happy to offer a 30 day return policy. Return on residenial items must be like new and does not indicate any damage upon our checkup. If the equipment is damaged, we will charge up to 20%. All commercial devices are not returnable or refundable.
Shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer must pay the shipping fee upon returning the equipment.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 10% restocking fee applies. Shipped or in transit orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
TRACKING AND LOST ORDERS
Fitnessarabais is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Please use the tracking system to follow your package and make sure you are available to receive the delivery to avoid delays or loss.
If your package returns to us due to incorrect/insufficient address you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Please contact Fitnessarabais within 15 days if your order has not been received. You must file in person claim at your local post office and we will do our best to support you.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If one of the items in your order becomes out of stock after your purchase, we will ship the other items and the out of stock item will be shipped separately at no additional cost as soon as it is restocked.
