Stationary pedals on sides allows to take a short break during intense workouts or perform various dynamic exercises. Adjustable step rotation speed allows to choose training intensity.
LIGHT INDICATORS
Start operating the Stepmill and light will turn green. Finish your workout, press STOP button and light will turn red with 2 s blink. Standby mode will activate blue light.
HEART RATE
Keep track of your heart rate with convenient heart rate sensors, built-in on handlebars. This function helps to ensure you are in the right training zone for your goals.
SIDE STEPS
