The loadable sleeve length of 7” allows for multiple plates to be added to increase/ decrease weights accordingly. The bar includes locking ring collars to securely keep the weight plate(s) in place. The multiple hand grip positions leverages the arms to perform curls more efficiently and target certain areas of the forearms and biceps. The diamond knurled grips makes the bar safer, and easier to handle when working out. OB-Series Bars accommodate Olympic weight plates with 2-inch center holes. The standard in sleeve size.
BRASS BUSHINGS
Bushings fit between the bar and the sleeve, reducing friction between the outer and inner sleeve thus making the spinning movement smoother. Perfect for power lifting style lifts.
DIAMOND KNURLING
Diamond knurled grip areas for demanding workouts without slippage. Etchings are ‘medium-fine’ as most commonly found in commercial gyms. Safe and comfortable for solid grip, but not too aggressive that chew up your hands.
