The Addict fitness™ Selected Shoulder Press machine uses an adjustable seat to better stabilize the torso while accommodating users of different sizes. It simulates pressure on the shoulder for better shoulder biomechanics. The counterweight housing of this product has a unique and beautiful design, and is made of high-quality oval flat steel tubes. It provides a very good texture experience, whether you are a user or a distributor, you will have a positive impression.
Exercise overview:
Choose the right weight. Adjust the seat so that the handle is slightly higher than the shoulder. Hold the handle with both hands. Slowly stretch your arms upward while keeping your back tight. Slowly return to the starting position to avoid a collision between repetitions. Always keep your wrist in a neutral position during the exercise. Avoid limiting the elbow to the limit of the activity range.
To make the exercise more effective, the angle of the seat and back helps the user easily align the shoulder joint during exercise for proper loading and better results.
