The Hoist Fitness® Mi5 single station is Hoist's most compact and effective functional trainer to date. Using patented technology, the Mi5 offers two articulating arms with two planes of motion. A unique three-point cable adjustment system allows for over 1,000 cable adjustment variations. Both arms can move vertically through 22 different height settings. In addition, each arm can move independently through 7 positions and 160 degrees to accommodate users of all heights and sizes. The Hoist Fitness Mi5 also features an integrated tablet and accessory holder, a water bottle holder, and a weight lock for suspension exercises.
