The Hoist Fitness® Mi5 single station is the “  Functional Trainer  » Hoist's most compact and efficient fitness machine to date. Using patented technology, the Mi5 features two articulating arms with two planes of motion. A unique three-point cable adjustment system allows for over 1000 variations of cable adjustment. Both arms can move vertically through 22 different height settings. Additionally, each arm can move independently through 7 positions and 160 degrees to accommodate users of all heights and sizes. The Hoist Fitness Mi5 also features an integrated tablet and accessory holder, water bottle holder and weight lock for suspension exercises.
